Banríon's Shana Sissel: Zero interest rate is not neutral nor good policy.

Banríon Founder & CEO Shana Orczyk Sissel joined Bloomberg Open Interest to discuss the Federal Reserve's decision to cut rates, noting that any suggestion that of zero interest rate policy being neutral policy was not good policy. Instead she noted neutral policy should be inflation +/- 100 basis points.
