Super Micro’s S&P 500 Inclusion Pushes Rally Near 1,000%

Could Nvidia need to hand over its crown as the best-performing stock in the S&P 500 to another AI-related firm? CEO Shana Orczyk Sissel spoke with Bloomberg News' Carmen Reinicke about Super Micro Computer Inc., set to be added to the S&P 500.

She said the addition makes sense and could even drive the index higher with a name other than Nvidia in the mix. But, she also warned, “For people who think this means that all of a sudden this pushes Super Micro Computer up even more, I’d temper that…Following the completion of the inclusion, you usually see the stock sell off a little bit.”
