CNBC Television

"We might see cash stay on the sideline a little bit longer, which for me, means that maybe we have not seen enough change to indicate that any market gains that we're seeing right now are sustainable," Banrion CEO Shana Orczyk Sissel told Frank Holland on CNBC Worldwide Exchange.

Shana highlighted that, while cash on the sidelines could eventually fuel a market rally, the lack of policy stability and investor caution suggest it may take longer for markets to find a firm footing.
