Banríon Capital Founder & CEO, Shana Orczyk Sissel joined Bloomberg TV Open Interest to give her thoughts on Fed Chairman Kevin Warsh's comments from the ECB Forum in Portugal. Sissel called the move away from forward guidance a "welcome change" because markets will likely now react to the actual data and not the actions of the Fed in response to the data, making markets a more meaningful input for Fed policy decisions.
